The assessment report grid attached to the assessment shows on what standards (targets) the student performed well (3 or higher), and what targets need improvement (less than 3).
The assessment report shows scores for individual targets on the assessment. If the overall score is less than 3 (proficient), the student must prepare to retake the entire assessment.
If the overall score is 3 or higher, then the student must retake those items attached to the targets whose scores need to be improved.
To qualify for the retake, the student must show the corrected work for the original assessment on a separate page, and all assignments preceding the assessment must be completed. The grid page will be needed to verify that all correction work has been completed. The retake score will replace the original score.
